About
I was born and raised on the beautiful Oregon Coast, where my family has lived for generations. For over 31 years, I served customers and managed operations on the mid to south coast of Oregon for a fortune 500 company in the telecommunications business. My responsibility involved operational and system due diligence to provide corporate assistance in the purchase of cable systems across the US. This challenging endeavor provided unlimited opportunities for growth in outstanding customer service, and government/public relations. As a result, my experience has become a stepping stone into the Real Estate business.
I have been a Realtor for over 19 years, licensed and practice as a Principal Broker, GRI Graduate and e-Pro certified, served on the Board of Directors for Coos County Board of Realtors, continue to facilitate monthly meetings and tours for all local Realtors, and provide staff leadership for training and continued growth.
I stay up to date on best practices, legal aspects of Real Estate contracts, and utilize the web and social media to enhance marketing efforts.
I have a marketing plan in place that includes the company and my own web site, the statewide RMLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, additional web site portals, virtual and video tours, and weekly activity reports emailed to my clients.
I am proud to be a part of an industry that has been serving customers and communities for many years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors governed by a strict Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics exemplifies a high degree of integrity and performance in professional conduct.
My personal goal as a Realtor is to provide leadership and a business skill set to help my clients make the right decision. Through hard work, ongoing communication, and established trust, my clients will experience a successful transition to life's next adventure. This is a critical foundation I believe in and will always practice.
